We are a 501c3 Non-Profit that delivers Servant Leadership training and cultivates Powerful Mindset Architects. For more than 20 years we have been and we continue to follow our purpose to share information with people so they can make better informed decisions to improve the quality of their personal and professional life.

We work with young adults to equip them with a blueprint for mastering four of life's most important principles, Balance, Vision, Strategy and Branding. Also, our participants are coached to discover and/or refine their Why? and how to function effectively as a Servant Leader.

CDIS has created a powerful interactive multimedia online course. Every experience is unique. The CDIS experience is infused with video, audio, journal, virtual coaching and so much more.
